Where is the Dumplings Delights food truck located?

We are at Harbour Drive (Waterfront), George Town, Grand Cayman, minutes from the harbour. Open Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Look for the black-and-orange truck.

Can I order online for pickup?

Yes. Build your box at dumplingsdelights.com/order and we fire it fresh. We message you on WhatsApp the moment your order is ready for pickup, no waiting in line.

How do I pay?

Pay when you collect: cash on pickup or card at the truck. No hidden fees and no online payment needed, the Cayman Islands has no sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Do you have vegetarian dumplings?

Yes, the Veggie Mix box (CI$12.99 for 10 pieces) is fully vegetarian, and we also make crispy veg rolls and water balls (pani puri).

What is the difference between steamed and crispy fried?

Steamed is the soft, juicy classic; crispy fried is golden and addictive. Every box lets you pick either style, then a flavor toss like Island Jerk Fire, Mango Habanero or Cayman BBQ Smoke.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are ready in about 20 minutes. Order ahead online and we WhatsApp you when it's ready, or schedule a pickup time that suits you.

Do you cater events in Grand Cayman?
